— Lovely Nasrin

As one of a founder of TSFI, Nasrin is passionate about helping people. She upholds the values that doing good deeds, no matter how small, carries great importance for the success of any community. She is a strong believer that everyone should be treated justly and equally. This is one of the traits that she carries naturally as academically she is a Law graduate from Dhaka University.

In addition, she holds a postgraduate qualification specialising in International and European Protection of Human Right Law from University Utrecht. Nasrin now dedicates her life to caring for her daughters and helping the local communities.

— Shoaib Yunus

An avid foodie who is a co-owner of a Kinara restaurant Group. He believes in a relaxed intensity working environment with a very intentional balance of the seriousness and commitment it takes to win and fun it takes to win on a sustained basis.

His passion is to help disadvantaged people and currently his restaurant contributes to providing food for the homeless weekly

— Seham Noor

Positioned as, the first woman volunteer group leader. A qualified senior teacher of Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies with a wide range of skills and knowledge. She studied accounting, Business Management and Business Law, Computer Application and Office Skills.

Her passion is helping others, and she enjoys dedicating her time to give any assistance to those less fortunate. She strongly believes that giving back to the community is a vital part of success in all societies.

— Dr. Arshad Farooq

Arshad is passionate to work on Tasnuva’s vision as an organisation that serve communities through acts of kindness, spread love through communities’ integration events, and promote active citizenship through education and volunteering programs.

He has several years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, policy making, counselling and education. Academically, he has a PhD in Entrepreneurship and currently training to be a counsellor of mental health.

— Fidah Ibrahim

Academically a Fellow of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate with a specialism in Strategic Risk Planning and Strategic Negotiations.

She is passionate about humanitarian efforts and experienced in humanitarian work, fundraising and project management both in Sweden where she project managed the incorporation of Muslim Aid Sweden and ran project development of a community centre in Kista, Stockholm and in Dublin, is actively involved in migrant community organising.
